  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 2 business days.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system after receiving your shipping confirmation.

5. Missing, Delayed, or Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking link first for real-time updates.

  • Delayed Shipments: If your tracking link shows no update for more than 5 consecutive business days, please reach out to our support team so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses at checkout. Tawon Liar Shop cannot be held liable for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to address typos made by the buyer.

6. Damaged Shipments During Transit

We pack all orders securely to prevent damage. If your package arrives damaged, unsealed, or compromised during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at tawonliarshops@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging and item. We will promptly arrange a replacement or resolve the issue.
